Fed. Spec. Jaw and Eye Swivel
The Stainless Fed. Spec. Jaw and Eye Swivel prevents twisting in chain, wire rope, and cordage during lifting and rigging. It uses 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. This swivel performs well in marine, industrial, and architectural environments. It supports working loads up to 5,200 lbs. Sizes range from 3/16″ to 5/8″ for flexible use. The design allows frequent attaching and detaching. This swivel acts as a positioning device and does not rotate under load. It meets Federal Specification RR-C-271F Type VII, Class 3, except for the use of 316 stainless steel.
